Our Services
Kachina Koncepts offers two core services to local businesses in The Woodlands, Magnolia, and surrounding communities:
Custom website design. We design and build hand-coded websites — landing pages, business websites, portfolios, redesigns, and related work — based on the scope we agree on with each client.
Missed-Call Text-Back. An automated SMS service that sends a text reply to a client's customer when a call to that client's business goes unanswered, and continues that conversation by text on the client's behalf.
Missed-Call Text-Back Authorization
By engaging Kachina Koncepts for the Missed-Call Text-Back service, a client authorizes us to send automated text messages to their customers — the people who call the client's business — whenever a call goes unanswered, and to continue that text conversation on the client's behalf. The client is responsible for making sure they have the right to communicate with their own customers by text and for using the service in a way that complies with applicable law.
Message & Data Rates, Frequency
Message and data rates may apply to end users who receive text messages through the Missed-Call Text-Back service. Message frequency varies depending on how often a customer calls and replies — these are conversational messages sent in response to real activity, not a recurring marketing campaign.
Opting Out
Any end user receiving text messages through the Missed-Call Text-Back service can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help. Once someone opts out, we stop sending them messages through the service.
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
We do our best to keep websites and the Missed-Call Text-Back service running smoothly, but like any technology — including third-party hosting, messaging, and carrier networks we rely on — we can't guarantee the service will be available or error-free at all times. We're not responsible for delays, missed messages, or downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Kachina Koncepts is a small local business, not a large corporation, and our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, our services, or the Missed-Call Text-Back service. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Payment Terms
Before any work begins, we provide a clear, written quote covering the scope and price of the project. We don't start work without your approval of that quote, and we don't add charges beyond what was agreed upon without discussing it with you first. No hidden fees — the price you agree to is the price you pay, barring any changes to scope that you request and approve along the way.
Changes to Our Services
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services, including the Missed-Call Text-Back service, from time to time. If a change materially affects an active client relationship, we'll give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
