We build websites and provide a Missed-Call Text-Back service for local businesses. Missed-Call Text-Back messages. When you call a business that uses our Missed-Call Text-Back service and the call isn't answered, our system sends you an automatic text reply on that business's behalf. In connection with that, we collect your phone number, your name if you provide it, and the content of the text messages exchanged in that conversation.
Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the information you enter — your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it), and the project details you share with us.
How We Use Your Phone Number
We use your phone number for one purpose only: to send the automated missed-call text-back reply on behalf of the business you called, and to continue any follow-up replies within that same conversation. That's it. We do not use your number to send unrelated promotions or to text you on behalf of other businesses.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or the content of your messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only share information with the trusted service providers (such as our messaging and hosting providers) that help us deliver the service to you, and only to the extent needed to do so.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions — for example, how often you call and reply. Because these are conversational replies, we only text you in response to your activity.
How to Opt Out
You're always in control. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. Reply HELP if you need assistance or more information. Standard carrier rates may apply to these messages.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep message and contact information only as long as needed to provide the service and respond to you, or until you ask us to delete it. If you'd like your information removed, just reach out using the contact details below and we'll take care of it.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us and to keep it confidential.
